About the Chamber Projects Committee

The Chamber Projects Committee (CPC), formerly known as the Young Chamber Committee, has reformed to focus on supporting future generations of business.

With a passion for promoting good business and developing skills for the next generation of leaders and entrepreneurs, the CPC aims to create commerce opportunities through a range of projects.

The committee includes an array of industry skills connecting members and the community to innovative business promotion.

The CPC also host regular networking events, like -

Chamber Coffees: Every other Thursday, in Flinders Square, the City.  Between 8am and 9am.
The Coffees are an open-style of networking, with no RSVP required and no speeches. You grab a coffee from your favourite place, bring some business cards and meet the 25 to 30 people usually in attendance. The Coffees are a great way to break into the business network and to expand your existing networks.

Cash Mob: like Flash Mob but for shopping. With $20 in hand and using Social Media to communicate, the CPC comes together to shop in a locally-owned business and support the local economy.  Find out more at /townsvillecashmob.
